As passionate environmentalists, we present options which have not been wrapped in plastic, shipped around the world. Nothing is forced, except the Rhubarb.
Encouraging patronage for regenerative farming in the UK, The Garnish Collective aim to support the army of British producers who strive for organic, heritage, free range, red tractor enthusiasts. Composting waste and trimmings, reduced air mile menus and limited printed marketing material. It is unrealistic to think that our efforts alone will be sufficient, but we hope by choosing us as your partners we can start to make those vital small changes to effect collective change.
What do we do?
We work hard on achieving as close to zero waste as possible, pickling, preserving and creating unique elements to dishes such as our carrot top pesto. We have a passion for nose to tail, and root to tip use of our produce.
We are proud to showcase the most local suppliers and champion the wonderful produce Yorkshire has to offer! Not only do we have access to such a wonderful seasonal bounty, but we also have our own allotment and beehives, something we are incredibly proud of!
